I will echo what everyone has said that Peter is great about communicating. That was a huge point for me. I have some experience using Ford IDS equipment (had to rebuild an ECU once with as-built data and get through PATS) and remote tuning of Ford vehicles using SCT and Sniper software, and the communication isn't always great with people that are working / tuning remotely, BUT that doesn't seem to be the case with BenzNinja.

In my case, Peter at BenzNinja resolved a significant challenge with my C63S AMG cabriolet – specifically the factory Head Unit software requiring a restoration.
From the initial contact, Peter’s guidance was excellent. The additional support Charles provided was first class also.
All issues were resolved remotely - even though I am based in Sydney Australia, time zone constraints weren’t a challenge at all!
I spoke directly with Peter also & he's extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional & customer focused.

He has been very helpful doing updates and troubleshooting when I purchased my lifetime membership.
You just need to buy an appropriate computer system and associated hardware. All was easy to understand so no issues when it all arrived.
The system must remain dedicated and no usage for any other tasks. He makes himself available and is very knowledgable.
There are things that the local dealer was not prepared to do or offer as they just do NOT have the experience.
The system did not work on my E320 2002 which was a bit of a shame as I need to factory reset my command module display unit, as Australia is not an option from the menu system.

Peter just recently enabled the ILS headlights on my W222. OMG what a game changer this tech is ! I wish I had done it a lot sooner.

Helped me with fixing at least 5 major issues that i have.
The biggest problem that I have was with the esp module, I replaced it with a brand new unit, new unit has been programmed in the autel and I was still having esp malfunction on the dash. I made thread on the forum, but nobody couldn't help me. I bought Ninja, told him I have a problem with ESP, I gave him an access to the computer with his software, he started to digging and as soon as I told him that esp module was programmed in the autel, he closed everything, told me to plug in old module, then I plugged in a new module, 20 min job done, no more malfunctions!
We just fixed another issue that I have with my fan. Told him I need help, he called me right away, I gave him the acces to his software(on my computer that was connected to the car), we started to go through everything step by step, 30 min later issue fixed!
The best part about it is that you can learn a lot just by looking on what this guy is doing, how he troubleshoot, coding, programming etc.! And it seems like he wants to you learn, many times i asked about something and he insted of giving my answers right away, he's giving me manuals, files, cut sheets, so I can actually read something, learn something and answers my questions by myself.
Thanks to him, I'm super confident with owning mercedes, I know I can fix everything with his help, it's just amazing to have guy like him as your backup!

I am super picky when it comes to the mechanics, thats why im doing everything by myself, but if this guy will have shop in US, that would be the only person that can touch my car.
BenzNinja is one of the most accomplished Mercedes-Benz techs I've ever seen. He's fixed issues in my car that Mercedes technicians have no clue about, we've reprogrammed modules, we've reprogrammed the ECU, engine control unit from another vehicle, because they can't be reprogrammed without intimate knowledge of how to do so due to security issues built into these modules to prevent theft. He read out the configuration files for the COMAND control unit when the hard drive failed in my 2008 S65, reprogrammed a used control unit that he helped me locate by providing car specific part numbers. Works perfectly. He's a wizard. He's also been very honest and fulfilled all of his promises he's ever made to me. Highly recommended.
I live in Melbourne, Australia and he has fundamentally changed my E300 with functionality the car could do, but Mercedes didn't code it to do it. Some examples - I now have the AMG performance menu on my dashboard and get all this additional engine information to display. I have an MY17 model and he has enabled traffic speed sign recognition not only to my dashboard, but I asked if he could it include it on my HUD. He says "hmmm, give me a moment, let's see". Honestly, within one minute my HUD had the speed limit displayed on it. Unbelievable.
So now I have functionality that my car's camera + maps can tell me the speed. It even deals with school zones whereby at certain times of the day the speed changes when school hours are finishing or starting. This is just not a feature for an MY17 car despite it has all the hardware to do it. Well, I don't have to buy a new Mercedes to enjoy this function.
There are heaps of other mods - I'm just scratching the service of his capability. If you are sick of the air conditioning circulation automatically switching from internal to external, he fixes that. I now don't have to keep pushing the button to keep my air circulation internal to the car. I had an argument with Mercedes Benz over this. I said it's my car, I paid a lot of money for it, and I expect to decide when I want external air versus internal circulation. They said they had no control over it and that its built that way. Well, Peter had other ideas
I cannot speak highly enough of him with his patience, time, and dedication. Remember, I am on the other side of the world from him, and he logs into my car and does his work. Pretty cool when you think about it. I keep my computer gear in the car in case of emergency - all I have to do is message him if there is an emergency.

I’ve always been drawn to the sleek, low-profile look of cars cruising down the highway, but I refused to replace the OEM parts on my C218. Unlike Airmatic, coilovers don’t offer the flexibility to switch between suspension presets like Comfort, Sport, and Sport+. … as on AMG, the suspension is pneumatically operated from the rear Airmatic pump. that was until I came across BenzNinja.
He was able to remotely access my DOIP device and change the offset for the rear, which in turn, also affected the front, and achieving the desired stance. The cost for this mod was covered by the voucher I received after becoming a Member.
Peter is exceptionally articulate and professional in his work, and I highly recommend his services.
