I too have purchased Peter's software and followed his advice. I live in California and there is a huge time zone change between Peter's location and mine and he works with me to get the help I need. I would recommend him to anyone.

This thread is very informative and it sounds like Peter is a great asset to the MB community. I must admit when I saw several of his posts, (and upon 1st glance), I did not know what services he offered, now I do.

He just deletes his threads when I've asked questions on what services he offers in greater detail....so I'll just make a thread myself then since transparency doesn't seem like something he wants to show.
All his (5) star reviews are from MBWorld he says....

I can vouch for him 100%. He is legit. I paid for a Xentry install and he went above and beyond; he'll tell you exactly what to laptop to buy, what STAR to buy, he teaches how to use it, how to look through the menus, etc. He ran a full diag for me and make sure everything was good. I had a few errors and he even gave me part numbers and showed me WIS documents.
If you haven't gotten the Analog Sport+ TCU tune installed by him... do it. I tested DTK TCU tune and his "A" mode side by side on the circuit track, and his is wayy better.
Also, don't you know that he was able to pull the ABC2 Nurburbring Map from an SL and install it on other models? Yea he knows his stuff.

I’ve been using Peter’s software for coming up to a year. It’s been flawless and any issues (usually user error(me)) are sorted rapidly.
Peter’s software is brilliant, his knowledge even better. However, what you cannot put a price on is his support, and that was what it was all about for me. I’m not the most tech savvy, and the support was and is, far more valuable than anything.
I was put on to Peter by recommendation so website etc was not something i cared to look in to. His services speak for them self in my experience.
I hope this helps any prospective user.

We've (our shop) has used him several times. He's very knowledgeable, responds almost immediately and has been able to fix our issue every single time we used him, except once.

I don't have time to write a novel, but glad to share. BenzNinja is great to deal with. We first did business over 3 years ago with a stubborn 722 we could not get programmed. Peter spent well over 8 hours helping us diagnose. Over the years, we have diagnosed problems, updated software and firmware, fixed ridiculous installs of Xentry, and just recently we've gotten into some ECU stuff. If you're looking for front end loaded service with a lot of thank yous and empty promises, look else where. If you're looking for someone who is passionate, hard working, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to go give it all it takes to solve your problem, Peter is you go to.
Over the years we have exchanged money and never once have i had an issue or problem with Peter holding up to his end of the bargin. Peter is as sincere and honest as they come.

I hope I am replying to the correct person here ( the one who asked: who's used Benz Ninja? ),
If so, My son Mad Max and I have used him for quite some time on C280, S500, S430, CL500 (two of them) , CLK350, R350.... an a couple more. We love our Benz's and he (Peter) is the most knowledgeable Benz person ever. And he is quick to respond and solve all issues.
