New 07 e350 owner. Did I buy a lemon?

Purchased a 07 e350 for a little too much sight unseen. Car runs but has a bunch of codes. I did a little bit or research and I read about the balance shaft problem. The car has 129 xxx miles and runs rough. I decoded the vin and my serial number on engine is in the affected range. These are the codes that it's spitting out.

p0300 random misfire
p0010 intake camshaft position actuator circuit / Open bank 1
p0304 cyl 4 miss
P0351 ignition coil a primary secondary circuit
p0356 ignition coil f priumary secondary secondary circuit
p0306 cyl 6 miss
p0303 cyl 3 miss
p0010 intake cam pos act bank 1
p0304 cyl 4 miss

Pretty sure its the balance shaft, can anybody confirm and suggest what can be done? I'm pretty good with cars but first time working on a benz. Got bit by the benz bug. Thanks

Clean point is 30 468993, 30 433846 is within affected range if it is the balance shaft.

Search Balance Shaft on Youtube and you'll see a very good video that walks you through the steps to put the engine at 315º and pull camshaft sensors to see the alignment. If the stampings are not centered in the openings - you've verified it's the balance shaft. Given the codes you list aren't directly pointing to the balance shaft - you may just have ignition / sensor related issues causing misfires.

Hey so I did the test and the marks looked good. But I think I may have done it wrong. I only removed one sensor on each head. Am I suppose to remove all 4 sensors correct? Also I managed to fix all the codes and I have just one code now. P0016- crankshaft position camshaft position correlation bank 1 sensor a... The car runs pretty good now but has this single code. What do you guys think? Balance shaft for sure? Or maybe a sensor if lucky? Doubt it. What year motors would be good for a swap and compatible?

This place is a joke.
Replace all 4 cam solenoids before you waste time chasing codes. They are inexpensive.

Hey I replaced the 4 cam sensors and still have p0016 but I see you said solenoids? Those are the ones with the three bolts right? I haven't replaced those. The car idles good for a few seconds then starts to have a rough idle, then kinda fixes itselt then starts to surge a tiny bit. Runs ok but with reduced throttle response. Has anybody ever managed to get rid of the p0016 without replacing balance shafts? Since the check engine light is on I Wont be able to pass smog here in cali. I think replacing the balance shaft would cost more in parts and my time than swapping in a good used engine what do you guys think? Looking into swapping in a used engine from a local junkyard. What years are the best and compatible with this model? Seems like its a definitive balance shaft issue damn.

Yep it's the balance shaft. On the V-8 version the shaft and gear are 2 parts. On the V-6 it is one piece and is secured at the back of the motor. Either one requires the motor to be pulled, the shaft/gear replace, the timing chain replaced, the oil pump replaced, and the cam shaft sensors replaced. MB has a parts kit which packages all the need items together. I had to have it done a few years ago.
