My new 19" wheels

Well, at last I made a decision. Ordered them Monday, delivered and fitted today.

Forgive the poor quality, I only had my video camera available to take the digital still. (low pixel etc)

Those look great! But you know you can't just post pics of rims without telling us how much (although it probably won't make a difference since you're in a different continent).

Wheels and tyres were about $2,500.

I have been looking for a very long time and was put off by some very high prices.

Sizes are

Front : 8.5J 235/35/19
Rears : 9.5J 265/30/19

6 people in the tyre bay agreed they were the best wheels they'd seen all year. Now that's a compliment considering I bought them from another supplier, had them shipped, and they simply balanced and fitted for free (the owner owed me a favour!)

No intention to lower.

certainly not 20" wheels.

I do 17000 miles a year and it would not be practical.

Those wheels looks wonderful (turbine type). May I ask who is the manufacture of the wheels, and what style number are they?

I need to get a set of those wheels from my local dealer and get them balanced and fitted ALL for free. The owner owes me a favor, too. I MARRIED his daughter!!!!

Yes they were delivered with the center caps and bolts for fitting. Supplier couldn't have been more helpful.

I do not plan any more modifications at this stage. I have the chrome tailpipes (don't forget this is a deisel and just look and work terrific ), I have rear DVD screens, and folding mirrors are standard in the uK. The car just looks "right" now.

I don't plan on lowering.

I am really pleased with the ride on 19" with my sports suspension. I thought it would be a bit harsh, and was prepared for that. In fact, its hardly any different.

These are great looking wheels. I contacted a supplier in the UK. They quoted me a whopping £3500 for 4 LM6 originals!!

That's way too much for a new set of wheels.
