Weird problem...
The radio is turned on; plays for a minute or so, untouched it turns off (black screen) & immediately turns back on.
It keeps doing this, over & over again. Quite strange... Any ideas?

Check battery & connections in trunk. If fine, worst case scenario head unit or device in MOST loop may be causing interruption in which case best to have someone pull codes using Xentry (MB diagnostics) for definitive diagnose. Also, MB released COMAND update for NTG2.5, 1718270100 update DVD.

I am Disabled, so working on cars are difficult for me.
I also need someone to change the Timing Chain, Tensioners, Rail, etc. in my 2009 W211 E320 BlueTec.
Do you have ANY recommendations? I know you are in Arizona, & I live in NJ, but maybe you know someone?

Konigstiger... I went to the local Merceds Dealer. (Just trying to get more info)
The Mercedes Dealer told me, Flat Out, their Labor rate is $368/hour - (1 hour minimum)!!!
My question is: Will Someone upload the Updated Software for a more reasonable price?
After they figure out the problem with the Xentry Diagnostic tool.
Then the dealer said if I thought $368 /hour was too high, I should try a German Radio Repair Center.
So I called them. They said they would pull the radio out, repair it 100% & put it back in.
Somewhere between $400-$600. I am shocked! The prices are extremely high. BUT I NEED A RADIO.
Any ideas for me.

DIY, install minimum configuration COMAND (head unit) and AGW only using MOST bridge when operating, loop-in single modules until defective device is located. Shop MB part # 0005454484 to pull aftermarket fiber optic bypass. Provide VIN to see what devices are on you loop I will post instructions to access.
Optional if defective device is found. Check with dealer parts to see if update disc 1718270100 is still available should be about $1.
