Oil leaking into throttle body

I bought a 2008 e350 and have had to change the throttle body twice now (since thats what the code is illuding to) I get a p2135 code and when driving the car will stall out and I have to pull over and restart my engine. Just yesterday I changed the throttle body and while removing the old one I found oil sitting on the blade of the TB. Anyone have any ideas where this leak could be coming from or has anyone had a similar problem?

PCV. Normal if the oil is not excessive. Can you post a photo?

only pics i took

this is a pic of where the TB connects to but i didnt get a picture of the throttle body itself, not an excessive amount of oil.

picture taken before cleaning area

this is a pic of the throttle body and there's a little oil residue left on it after we wiped it off after removal.

Looks perfect. Very little oil. More oil would also be OK.

P2135...

You changed TB two times... this code also points to the accelerator pedal position sensor.
Check condition of the harness connector for oxidation and the ECU GND posts on your chassis to minimize transient voltage spikes.

These engines injest a lot of their own oil even through a new PCV. The oil type and grade are very important to help minimize the issue a bit.

Why? What reason do you believe tells you to change the PCV system?

im sorry I thought that was what you were saying in your first reply when saying “PCV.” What issue does the PCV usually have with this engine?

The oil is present because of the oil mist coming from the PCV system. This is normal. If you don't have CEL, codes, rough idle or problems with the engine running, the PCV is doing what it should do.

before changing the TB the car would start and reach 2k rpm and stay revving for a few seconds, it would also slowly rise to 2k rpm while idle at times but after changing the throttle body it hasn’t done it.

What codes have you read?

What modifications are on this vehicle?

Check meticulously around the engine bay for loose or broken tubes and pipes that could allow air into the induction system.

no mods, with a basic OBD2 scanner it throws me a P2135 code, an I will check for broken tubes

I am leaning with the advice given by CaliBenzDriver. Star diagnostic system will allow you to check that item. Could be something as simple as a bad connection at the throttle pedal.

New Throttle body after dealer service

brought car to a Benz dealer and had a service check on it, said potentiometer was the issue in the TB so I bought a new one (again) and am going to install. Hopefully this time no issues will arise after installation since it was bought from MBparts website and not eEuroparts or FCPEuro.

Given this is your third position sensor, I would be suspicious that there is a problem with the communication between the position sensor and the computer. Have to start with basics - is the power and ground to the position sensor good (use test light for load, and measure with voltmeter to check levels). Is there any intermediate connection on the communication wires - bad plug, pinched wire, bad pin, etc. While the bosh/mb parts are generally the best quality - even the lower cost ones from fcpeuro should at least work (may not last as long) but they are not total junk.
You will want to get a wiring diagram so you know where to test this. The WIS has it but I find those wiring diagram hard to use. Consider a limited AllData subscription (very low cost for a few days) and they have really good wiring diagrams.
