All Season Tires For E500

Does anyone have any other suggestions for all season tires than the Michelin Pilot sport A/S. I had a set of these on all year was reasonably happy with them. I just was curious if anyone had any other experiences worth exploring.

Thanks.

I had those when I had my E500, and was not happy. They made the car pull right pretty significantly which my car did not do with the stock conti's or the SO-3's that I was using as a summer tire. I bought the A/S for the winter/cold (no snow as I have a company car). that tire is not recommended by MB and tirerack replaced them with Yokohama db's. They probably gave up a little in the handling dept. to the A/S, but were very good. Extremely quiet to if that matters.

I am a little concerned about the Pirelli tramlining that some people seem to experience with this tire. Also, the soft sidewalls that many comment on. It seems that overall, most like the Pirelli PZero Nero but they also mention "for the price". Does that mean that if price was no object they would get the Michelin Sport A/S?

I have had some issues with pulling to the right but that seems to be common with other brands of tires on this car not just the Michelin.

If the Pirelli's didn't pull or track as bad and performance was just as high as the Michelin, I would consider them. I'm just nervous switching from something I am familiar with known.

MB does not approve of michelin pilot sport A/S... and if you tell tirerack that you have an E500 they probably wouldn't sell you the tires. MB will not cover any issues regarding pulling to the right etc if you have those tires.

PZero Nero. I've had them for about 2700 miles on E500 (05). No tramlining. Excellent all around -- of course have not had a chance to try them in snow yet, and hope that by purchasing them I have thereby insured there will be no snow.

I've got the A/S's on my car, and I am very unimpressed with them, especially for the price. Pulling to the right, and the little thing with MB not supporting it.

Luke from the tire forum had suggested Dunlop SP5000 as another option some time ago. I had that tire on my last car, and was overall impressed. While they didn't wear that quick, they did loose some of the good wet weather traction that they had after about 15-20K.

I thought I was going to try the Pirelli but they seem to be out of stock everywhere.

Has anyone tried the Cooper SLE Sport. My local tire store said he has been putting these on MB an BMW and everyone loves them.

Anyone with experience?

Has anyone tried the Toyo Proxes 4? I would be curious as to its performance and noise.
