20k fuel replace should only be on a diesel. Otherwise its part of the pump and I wouldn't change it till it fails... ie mine is about to fail after 135k plus miles and 11+ years

Is that $245 for just the oil separator (fuel filter) or for other 60,000 mile service included?
The oil separator may just be the fuel filter top left of engine compartment. About a $25 to $50 part. two hose clamps and one screw to loosen. The hose clamps are click type (and replacement should be with the same type or high pressure fuel hose clamps.
The air filters are harder to replace.

E320 Bluetec 2008
Hi,
I have a 2008 e320 Bluetec.
I changed my transmission fluid in the 7 speed and also the torq converter.
What FSS do I enter to let the car and future owners know that the transmission was serviced?
My booklet says 20 but there is no option for 20 in FSS.
There is a WSS option 16.
Does anyone know what that is for?

I got a Service F light and passed +60 days of the scheduled service. Mine is 06 E350 4matic wagon with 125K. I did following jobs myself. Now how to turn that message off?
- Replaced transmission oil
- Replaced transmission connector
- Replaced engine oil and filter
I will send you VIN thru pm.
Thanks

E320 Bluetec 2008
Hi,
Many thanks. From the service sheet, it looks like #20 would be the one for servicing the tranny fluid.
But, from the FSS that's in the car, I do not have a number 20 as an option to select.
The highest number that I can select is number 16.
Your sheet shows number 16 as not applicable.
Anyway, does anyone have any ideas why my FSS doesn't show number 20?
Maybe I need to get an updated firmware for my car? I'm guessing that when the car shipped they did not think replacing the tranny fluid was going to be needed but later they advised to change tranny fluid...

Thanks for the quick reply Gersh320. I checked my car system and it has '16' under Service items - 1,3,4,6,16,13. The list given in the first post doesn't have '16' in it. Hence the initial question. I'll check the service booklet to see if it shed some light on '16'.

Can you check this VIN#
Your reputation is incredible here in this forum! I am grateful that their is people like you who dont mind helping others. This is my vin# WDBUF56X87B049980, I scared Sh#)R*)@) about this issue with the camshaft balancer. I consider myself a DYI kind of a guy but that job is way beyond my comfort level.
Thanks a million!

2007 driver side seat swap
Will the bottom driver sides eat cushion from a 2003 211 directly bolt into a 2007 211? My leather is torn and I have the opportunity to buy the entire bottom cushion from a 2003. Please let me know your thoughts. The cushions look identical.
