@dartman - yeah the lip spoiler is so subtle, yet makes a huge difference and adds aggressiveness to the car's body!
@WWMindy - the E350 is really big compared to the C. Still getting used to its size. because of its large footprint, i've been driving .... less aggressive ... more cruising and touring than pushing corners. still driving is really easy, but the E350 does respond well when you need to make quick maneuvers or passes on the highway
@llcd - thanks! the black looks great, but attracts so much dust. we've had a series of silver cars, so I had to break the trend with the E350

Wow, so the P2 doesn't include Leather?
Looks like you got a greatly equipped model, the nicer wheels, needed trunk lip, P2, Pano, etc. I actually think (especially if you're buying and not leasing) the M-B Tex is the way to go. It's not as snug as the Leather on your backside, but headache free and very durable.
Congrats and enjoy. Perfect DD to a C63.

2007 E350 4MATIC
Man the front is really growing on me. It says "bad-*ss" in so many ways. Love the black but that silver gets my goat the most. Rectangular exhaust tips pretty hot, too. Like the spoiler.
Rear running lights still my biggest hang-up.
I drove one recently - very special car (IMO).

Agreed. All of last weekend I spent my time conditioning the leather in my cars and trying to get rid of the wrinkles in the seat. MB Tex just doesn't have this issue and always looks new. If it had a smoother grain, I'd love to have MB Tex seats and leather every where else.
Anyways, to the OP, many congrats! Very nice E! Hope you enjoy it!![thumbs](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)

Yeah, unfortunately Tex is not pleasing to sit on, I drove a W212 with Tex (and Leather) and the Tex doesn't feel luxurious enough, same when I drive a W204. Honestly I LOVE how my car has the real Leather inserts (where you sit), and M-B Tex everywhere else, kinda give you the best of both worlds. I wish they still had that, even if as an option?

BTW one thing I love about the 212 is the Nappa leather on the steering wheel, super smooth, more-so than the grain-y-ish "normal" feeling leather on my cars wheel. Kind of funny as they give you full M-B Tex seats (with no leather inserts or anything), but upped the leather on the wheel to Nappa). I guess it still saves on costs, as it's a much smaller area, and gives your hands that luxurious feel.
Edit: I'm now wondering if the Nappa I'm remembering was only on the Leather optioned car, or if it's also standard with the Tex cars.

Very Beautiful ride, congrats! It's a real head turner. I had a guy in an S63 give me the thumbs up earlier today, and likewise I returned the thumbs up!
