Satellite radio, how was it activated
I had to cal Sirius to activate my radio on previous E class. However for the W212 it was working on delivery and dealer told me it is for one year. I am curious if you had to activate it or car had it already activated.

fwiw, I didn't have to activate for the MB I bought in 2008 and later another one in 2009. Demo sat radio for a year free with both cars. Then pay for a new contract after that. Maybe your salesperson didn't activate it for you last time(?)

The current generation of radios are activated from the factory for 6 months (demo activation) and the subscription is updated when the car is sold to an end-user to allow for the trial period.

I do not remember a separate signature for Sirius, so I can assume it is listed in bunch of other items. I put only waiver for teleaid. Good to know that no extension for one year, other makers give one year though, but not big deal.

You probably did not have to sign for Sirius. MBUSA sends them your coordinates and they will contact you prior to the end of the trial subscription, or alternately you can call them anytime to find out how much time you have left.
