Blk out turn signal
#2
For mod-popular cars like 335i, you can easily get a pre-cut smoked vinyl for turn signals..
I tried finding one for our cars but had no luck.
You can ask a shop to paint it but I don't think it's reversible if you were to turn in the lease or decide to go back to stock.

Thanks for looking into it. I would like to have the option of turning it back to stock for resale. Looks like vinyl is the way to go.

I got mine from Ebay. They have clear and smoked ones for sale. I paid $60 shipped. Install took 45 mins, 1/2 oz of blood, 2 seperated fingernails, and 10 tons of patience. All because I didnt have the right tools

I got mine vinyl wrapped and it looks great. Also, if you want the (ugly) orange light to shine through at night, you can get it Tinted instead.
Personally, I find it pointless to spend the cash on ordering a black one, and having to go through the install process, when you can easily get it wrapped.

Installing the smoked side markers from ebay takes all of ten minutes, max. And that's after a cocktail on a Sunday afternoon...
1) turn the steering wheel to the opposite side your are working on
2) pull the front fender liner from the fender with a good yank; make sure you don't lose the fastener that pops out
3) turn the bulb socket counterclockwise and pull the bulb and socket out from the inside of the lens
4) use your fingers to pull out on the rearmost side of the lens and-once it is free from the fender-pull backwards towards the rear of the car to free the front of the lens from the bracket inside the fender
5) reverse the process with new lens and then reinstall the plastic fastener that popped out
Just be careful and everything will be irie.

I actually don't have any total close-ups. I'll try and get one. It looks very clean and quality, and you couldn't tell that they aren't painted. Actually, since they aren't painted, you don't have to worry about chipping, or fading, or scratches on it either. And the type of wrap they used looks nice, low-gloss, and clean.
