Rear bumper!
Heads: hello.....
I wanted to share a story although hesitent due to feeling dumb about it:
I'm sweeping beside my house Monday night when a car pulls in my driveway...thought it might have been a friend by the sound of the engine.....but then I hear it rev and back up......then WACK...
into my rear bumper at oh, maybe 5 miles an hour...........I think the dolt was trying to rev it up to try and peel into the back of my car......
with no success.......
I run to the car and of course ask what they're doing.........
apparently I pissed someone off somewhere because some 'little' man said "take that *****"..........and drove away!
I stood there flabbergasted.....didn't make the plate, barely made out the car, this was right after 9pm
I went to examine my car for damamge......and there is NONE!!!! there was a smear but it buffed right out!!!

that bumper is as solid as they come!!
just wanted to share about the durabilty at a low speed collision...
I never caught the jackass either. but I will be scanning the streets for the car.....

LOL, thanx pal...that rover/plow would have surely done me in 
awesome huh? and solid... you could have played that one for a couple of days eh?
these bumpers are stiff under that plastic.....anyone have a picture beneath the bumper?

As you posted in an earlier thread, it was easy for him to find you because w212's are so rare where you live. He'd never know which one was you if you lived here!
Thought of you today: Today, coming into the entrance of my subdivision, there were 3 w212's driving in a row (including mine) -- a white one sandwiched by two black ones. There are only about 60 houses in my subdivision.

Count yourself lucky. In LA they don't mess with your car. That's too much effort. Instead they just shoot you. No playing around here, just direct and to the point.
