Is next generation E class will look like this?

I started to like the E's with the current headlamps, never liked the round, oval ones.....

What this is, is a car with the roof and greenhouse from the W212, with lines and a body from the Mercedes F800 Concept, which indeed is said to introduce the next M-B styling language (which we'll see on the upcoming A & B Classes, next S-Class, and in full-blown effect on the upcoming C-Class), full of broken squiggly lines and melty-alien like sheetmetal.
The W212 and current CLS are kind of a "bridge" from the W221 and previous era of design, into the next generation of design language.

Very far-fetched. M-B probably recently started working on the next E-Class design (for example, the W212's design was frozen in 2006, and released in Europe in 2009).

Actually, the front bumper assembly looks very similar to the facelift bumper (MY13)! The rest, no dice - at least not until the next generation.

Facelift will be MY '14 actually. How do you know what the F.L bumper will look like on the E? As far as I know, there hasn't been even a glimpse of what the facelifted E will offer yet.

I agree that the facelifted bumper will look like that, or similar basically. Because that is the new "bendy alien" design language that M-B will be incorporating with the next S, and most prominently, next C, which is basically the F800 Concept's Design language.
It's also obvious that P2 W212's will have LED headlights with different graphics, which, if done right, will look stunning with the already unique 4-eye cubism look.
