Since the new w212's have been out for a while now, I was just curious as to the highest mileage any of you have seen on this new E-class. I'm mainly just wondering about it's durability and reliability as the miles start to pile on, since I plan on keeping mine for a while. I maintain mine very well and do not mind driving it daily; it's such a joy to commute in. I had a 2007 w211 and it was rock solid; I hope this one performs just as well, if not better.
Let me know what you all have seen! I'm curious to see what kind of responses I get.

I guess I could have added my mileage in my initial post
....55k miles on my 2010....delivered new June '09. No issues except for the common clogged a/c hose causing a foul odor....but that was fixed under warranty.

The car had 12,300 when I bought it,in service since 11/09,low mileage I figure and a long way from breaking in. Just went over 14,000.

180 000 km on the taxi I recently had. I don't use taxies often, otherwise most likely would have seen one with closer to 300 000 km. I believe taxi drivers change the car typically after three years or before 300 000 km.

Yea I do have a few cars. Had 7, now down to 5 and a motorcycle. The thing is I drive my cars selectively. I rotate driving 3 of them depending on my travels. My 2004 e320 only has 39k miles, it's still like brand new. But I use my 08 civic as a beater for bad weather, hauling kids to sports, grocery hauler, etc..so it keeps my MB's in great shape and with low mileage. So even when I get in my 04 even after I drove the 550 for a week, it is still exhilarating.

I've been in 212-taxis with more than 9.000 miles. I've also heard from the drivers that 30.000 miles is no problem.
My relatively (very) unscientific research tells me that the cab driver loves there Volvos best. Better seats and better mileage and a better service plan.
Last winter when I was in berlin I saw this MB taxi: http://www.flickr.com/photos/25230924@N08/3330816787/ (not my picture)

It's comforting to know that I'm not the only one with a quite a few miles on my MY10. Not that 46k is a lot....my 55k was just sounding quite substantial when compared to the other responses. I don't have the rear window shade rattle, but my multicontour/dynamic seat controls are sometimes noisy on particularly rough roads. That comes and goes with the temp though oddly enough.
