2010 E550 4Matic sold, 2015 CLS 550 sold, 2016 CLS 550
Hi Everyone...new to the forum...E550 4Matic!
Just picked up a 2010 E550 4matic with only 3100 miles! I'm pretty excited...it is my first MB and so far, I am blown away with the fit and finish and quality of ride! Pano roof, Tech package, premium package, back up camera, wood grain wheel (Canadian options are different than US)...I love the seat massage!!!
I have owned many cars over the years, always American but I decided to try German. My last car, a 2009 Cadillac CTS awd was probably the worst car I have ever owned. I loved the look but at the end of the day, the car ran so poorly and has so many shakes and rattles, it had to go.
I picked up the Benz because of the low miles and Certified warranty. I always said I would never own another black car, but the deal was too good to pass up.
Anyone have any tips or tricks for me? I was thinking about some new wheels at some point...I really like Yosheego's wheels...any advice would be appreciated!

I paid $59k cdn (original list was $82k) and they gave me $32k for my 09 Cadillac on trade! The deal was too good to pass up (for Canada at least!)
The previous owner was always out of the country. The car still had the plastic on door sills and climate controls!!!
CPO warranty until 2016...I'm happy!!!!

Great deal considering what they paid on the trade. I have a 2011 e550 and generally like it a lot. I do have mixed feelings about the airmatic shocks. I find them hard on rough roads. They also don't give a lot on small or bigger potholes which can result in more bent rims and blowouts. So my main advice is be careful on rough surfaces and avoid hitting potholes. I actually switched to 17 inch rims after getting a double blowout a year ago. I also just had the rear air shocks replaced. They were sinking over night more than spec should indicate, more than 20mm. Otherwise, enjoy. Regards. Ned.

At $82k MSRP, the car has everything but Distronic, i'm guessing. 550's in Canada only have one or 2 extra options in 2010.

Very nice.... Considering I have almost the exact model 2010 E550 4matic Prem2 minus Distronic. The black wood really makes the interior look great. You don't have shift padels, or are they hiding in the picture? I to bought pre-owned. I purchased May of this year with 24k miles for $48.5K

Nice found, I love your car, because I have the exactly same car but 12' model. I don't have airmatic because they have removed from the 12' model plus the airmatic seems have a lot of issue anyways otherwise I would special order it. By the way, be careful of the E550's brake issue, my brake started have problem in few thousand miles, search for E550 brake issue at this forum, hope you don't have those issue, anyways, very nice car at very good price.
