We leased it and got a steal of a deal, as most have with the 24 month lease. We used USAA, Loyalty, and MB Car Club (total $7k cash). Only decent pics are attached, but it's raining today so good pics will have to wait. Look forward to my own little mileage challenge on a long trip in May. Around here diesel is the same or less than regular gas at this point, so that's just a bonus. It was an easy transaction, but finding an E350 BTEC is not easy, especially with options like this. Dealer one mile from us, but it was worth the drive approx 60 miles to get it from a "nicer" dealer.
Stay tuned...

Here's a question: all the MB specs call for winter tires with 99 load rating. I get the reason why, but anyone use a winter tire with less than that? Say a 95? Trying to get an "end of season" deal to be ready for next year. Assume there will be a winter next year. Only a few tires have 99 load rating that are winter tires.
Also, anyone stagger their wheel sizes on the BTEC like a typical rear drive E350 sport? Just curious. I know the Adblue tank adds quite a bit of weight, maybe that is one reason why not to attempt.
was staying pretty consistant and all the diesel drivers were rejoicing.....then the diesel
caught up and they were like 'oh shi.............'

Seriously though, diesel will go up some for sure but if it's the same price as premium you are supposed to use I'll take the mpg increase.
The Best of Mercedes & AMG
I am getting a tick over 30mpg over 2800 miles, that is with fillups and real mileage, not with the guess-o-meter on the dash.
I am about 50% highway/city, and I am REALLY pleased with that.
The car pulls like a tractor...step on it at 55 some time and see what happens!
Forgot to add, I got the 2yr/20k service included in my lease also. Made sure I wasn't going to have to deal with that seperately.
It's a very well hidden money saver. Of course, some dealers treat it differently and charge the full $1000 over the 24 months. I'm not sure which way is correct on a mercedes lease....and there have been reports here of dealers who "residualize" it, and others that don't...and Mercedes seems to accept either one. Very strange!!!
If you are leasing the diesel (which doesn't have a promotional money factor), then you should definitely consider multiple security deposits which will save you $50 or more a month.
The e350 BT is an incredibly good car....and the 24 month lease is a wonderful deal given the residual. I drive a 2011BT with P2....love it.

Car is awesome. Cleared up a bit today. Will post some more pics but it's black. I think everyone knows what it looks like!!
edit: google answered my question
Residualization only applicable on all V6’s and V8s (except diesels, AMGs and hybrids) Residualization only applicable on 3yr/30k, 4yr/40k and 5yr/50,000 mile packages
Additional maintenance maybe required according to your driving habits, mileage driven and local environment.

Few things so far: love the pana roof. Had it in the R and didn't realize how much we missed it. The black ash wood looks incredible against the black interior. Just a great design overall. The lighting is better than the GL for sure. The lighting package seems much more updated. The adaptive highbeam will either take time to get used to or shut off, haven't decided yet.

I'll suggest, once again....ask your dealer to price out the lease with and without maintenance....and explain that you want the mercedes maintenance so it's added as a feature and residualized.
Don't start with "hey, I looked this up on google and I found that the rules are such and such, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
BTW....the same applies to multiple security deposits and whether or not they apply to promotional money factors.....ask.....let them figure out how to handle it.

I ain't expert but I am sure any W212 Owner with rear A/C can confirm this

Basically, I stumbled onto this car and put it on hold until we got rid of our GL. It all happened in March, so the lease is incredible. The ride of the tires seems good, and I've never been a fan of Goodyear tires so I assume these may be a little better. Our's was built in Jan 2012 by the way, so maybe they changed to Bridgestone recently? I was told that there were only 2 Bluetecs with P2 being built for the rest of the model year. So we jumped on this one.
