Cleaning out the phone book
I have a 2008 E350, and wishing to clean out the phone book and start new, however it is getting tiresome to do it one number at a time, the other issue is, i have duplicates of the same number. I attempted to go in the command function and reset, but it did not work. The numbers are still there, even when I erase the numbers and restart the program the numbers stay. Any idea what could be done, Thanks

this happened to me before. i think it's your phone, not the comand. sounds like you have your numbers/contacts shown on both phone and sim. try go to your phone and select show numbers/contacts on phone only and i think you are good. however, if you choose show on sim only, your contacts might not be able to sync.

Well you are correct, I had to many numbers over contacting each other from diffrent accounts, after coralling them and getting them correct in the phone, I went back to the car and TA DA, everything went well, no more multiple numbers and it's the way it should be, Thanks for the help!
