My most favorite car ever
I love this W212 E550 with 4 matic....
It was my first Benz, my first nice car and my first black car.....
a lot of firsts.....
True enough the seats are not the gushiest, softest or most comfortable seats in the universe...but they do fine for me....
Over all it's been a fantastic car with very few issues.......
And not to mention it's one of the better looking cars on the roads right now......the front end cannot be matched IMO you know?

I totally agree with you Hype. I think we can all agree that this is one of the best looking cars on the road. The front end is just so sexy and seriously have no idea how they can improve upon it.

Sorry, mine isn't an E anything class. While it's a fine looking automobile, it is in no way near as sexy as my favorite.

No other sedan on the road catches my eye the way the current version of the E series does.

Thanks, Hype. Here's the *** shot. I wasn't allowed to touch any of them, but the museum holds every model made, including the Polizia Gallardo LP-560, the Aventador and the upcoming Estoque sedan.

whoever has the straight led, i'm sorry but imho, the hockey sticks really stand out that much more. but hype, is it because of the lightings? how come your headlights, inner city lights and hockey sticks are different in colors 
? city lights are more blueish and hockey sticks are more yellowish .
as for the front end style, that's is probably the only reason why i bought it over the bmw 5er.

My 2 cents - the OP in the other thread is not a "car guy". I think it takes one to understand and appreciate all the subtle nuances that are designed into a car. I am the opposite of him, and thankfully so, I eat, sleep and breathe cars everyday incl weekends. I didn't buy an E350 (which by definition is a German Sports Luxury Sedan) to be lulled to sleep like a fat cat on a sofa. I wanted good solid feedback, you get this from your contact points. The steering wheel, the seat and the pedals.
A soft plushy seat will disconnect you from the driving experience, slow steering and a soft ride will also have the same effect. I bought the car because I could STILL feel the road... Some people will buy a BMW or Mercedes because of the name, these folks are NEVER satisfied, their
reasoning is skewed.
Over the past few years I've owned a lot of German cars, all BMW's, this is my first Mercedes, and it DELIVERS. From the over the top styling to the perfectly placed controls and state of the art electronics I am amazed.
