The very end of the video is super cool
Well, I prefer quad light because of exclusivity but these new LEDs still keep the E Class exclusive at night and unmiscible .
I mean look at new daylight design from W176 to upcoming W222 besides these R231 , looks like a twisted arrow . A thin strip running upwards however this is a brand new and E Class seems only model to have this styling

I'm hearing a different tone from what people thought of the renders. Also, it still looks like the lights are a quad setup, just more integrated with one another. Now for the rear lights...!

I have to admit, although the new lights aren't quad, they definitely look good.. It is about time that the E class have a new design. I'd rather it be a major facelift than a minor one. In this case, I think it looks great, but the e-class do lose its uniqueness with the quad lights. It's been there for so long you know? Sad to see it go.

I must be missing something here but that only looks like one headlight per side.
This looks very similar to our lights except there is no paint/body in between them. Same shape and space between each light imo.

Where does this state that these are the new e-class lights? Maybe we are passing judgement to quickly. I think this is just a demo of the type of lighting used in MB lighting.
I hope I'm right :confused

Well then I am soooooo sorry that I completely forgot that the C-class was redesigned. FYI I had the pre-facelift C in mind. Sooo sorry for the confusion!
If you want to argue that the E will still have 4 headlight bulbs thats fine.
But I think that when E-class owners refer to the "Quad Headlight" design... we are not talking about how many bulb are up front.
Because having four bulbs hardly makes our cars design distinctive.

I think the design looks cool but you have to remember with the way MB designs the headlight controls I doubt you will be able to only have the lines come on. Just like how you can't have only the DRL's on at nighttime with the current w212

Wow, really... I guess you want to argue about what you call quad headlights and what a normal Mercedes E-Class owner calls quad headlights.
