Kudos to Mercedes Benz of Kansas City
So, I bought this 2010 E350 4matic CPO with P1. I had many, many, problems right after taking deliver. So I don't have to type everything again, here is the link to my other thread:

After they changed the tranny and transfer case, the noise came back as well as the belt noise. So, I called the dealer and told him I was not happy and wanted another car. The sales manager there was very eager to make me happy. Needless to say, he traded me out for another 2010 E350 4matic with P2. These guys did a great job making sure a repeat customer (3 cars in 4 years) was happy. If anyone lives in KC and is pondering about buying a car from MB Of KC....they will take care of you.
By the way, the new car is perfect (fingers crossed)

Here is a picture of it nestled in the garage. We got a foot of snow today so no getting it out, but the wife's ML did great in it.

The wife's ML is on the other side. Just can't see it. The garage is cluttered right now (thanks for noticing...LOL) but spring cleaning is coming in a couple months. And damn, I just noticed the photo is sideways?? Its the right way when I pull it up on my computer. Weird!
