Are you looking for performance response answers, color comparisions, or just showing your excellent taste in vehicles? I just left a 650 Convert to an E550 Non Pano roof. BIG difference in many ways as you obviously know.

Sorry, but those wheels look like someone used a black marker pen in photoshop. The black grill as well seems out of place.
Hey, you wanted opinions.
The way it is now, the BMW looks far more elegant and expensive -I never thought I'd say that.

Porsche Macan S SportDesign / Ex M-B's: 11 & 10 & 06 E350's, 02 S500
Nice pics! Always love a good side-by-side action.
The E's mods are a little too fuzzy and cluttered for my taste, but I get the draw and it'll obviously stand out. I dig the concept tinted headlights and was thinking of doing the same with my E's, however with a much lighter tint, and decided against it 'cause I didn't want to sacrifice an ounce of lighting those Xenons provided. The F12 6-Series is one of the most gorgeous designs of all time, IMO, however it needs a hardtop and M Sport Package to really look its best. The one in the pic is pure class though.
Is the 6er Alpine White? If so then DAMN thew new M-B Polar White is insanely white-white. I always liked the creamy factor of the Alpine White but found it "too" yellow-y after a while. The new Polar seems to go far in the other direction. It does "pop" though.

The polar white is definitely Whiter than the f13. You have to have the pano roof w polar white cause its just way too white without it.

This look is not for everybody but coming off of a 2010 with the same exact body style I had to make this one look different. I love the new 5series. I was looking into getting the new 535 with the M package but BMWs lease program sucks.

I totally agree about needing the Pano. Polar white is almost "Delivery Truck White" it's so flat white, but with black accents the contrast is so stark it just pops out. The Arctic White was at least a little smoother so it didn't "need" black accents so much, IMO.
Ah, that sucks about the Lease rates on the 5. Yeah I'm really enjoying the 5er. Took it through some canyons tonight and that comprehensive Sport Mode with the Sport Auto Tranny option I have is pretty adrenaline pumping when I want it to be, then I can go back to the car being a really calm cruiser after hitting a pothole and feeling those RFT's tremble thus making me too scared to keep carving.
I was really fortunate to get a great Lease rate on it, but generally pretty much anything else in the $50-$60K car segments Leases look pretty terrible compared to the W212 who's Lease rates are more inline with what BMW Leases 3-Series' out for. It's a give and take I guess.
If I don't get another 5-Series or buy this one at the end of my Lease I'd love a 6-Series, I just don't know if I could swing the headroom at 6'4, although it doesn't seem to be much worse than the 5's up front. The 6 Gran Coupe with M Sport Package is one of my favorite cars.

mm... not a fair comparison.
6 vs. CLS = i'd pick CLS.
6 vs. E = i'd pick 6.
but for any 4-door car, i'd prefer having 3 seats in the back.
not that i'd use all 3 necessarily, but it's a 4-door sedan after all (despite that they call it coupe).
