14 E, otions must have?

I am shopping for a car and I realized that no P2 package anymore. So what options on top of P1 should I be concerned?
Can you share your thoughts?
So far I want parktronics, keyless go,...

I also trying to decide between luxury and sport. So far I like more front grill from luxury, however wheels and steering wheel from sport. Luxury also has speed governor at 130mph vs 155mph sport. Any other pros and cons of sport and luxury?

For me, I just love keyless go and split fold-down rear seats. I also like blind-spot assist and auto trunk close but those are not musts for me.

Luxury has a different softer suspension as well, not sure if I am stating the obvious.

2014 E350 Wagon
Let's see, I ordered my E-wagon with the following options:
- Keyless-GO package
- Lighting Package
- P1 Package
- Rear Seat Entertainment Pacakge
- Driver Assist Plus
- Parking assist package
- Ventilated front seats
- Multicontour driver seat
- heated steering wheel
- 18" AMG wheels
- 115V outlet
- Sport Package

I don't think I'd want to give any of them up.

Yes, I know luxury has softer suspension, but even sport doesn't have the suspension stiff enough, so car isn't really stable in turns anyway. Perhaps E550 airmatic makes a real difference, I didn't test.

It is surprise for me there is an option as 115V outlet. Anyway I have 12V to 110V converter just in case.

the only thing I regret not getting is the rear entertainment for the kiddies... I sold myself on buying two ipad minis .. but you can't leave ipad minis in the car in the middle of summer and winter and expect peak performance out of them (or funtionality at all).

I also got the extra rear-side airbags... there are several options on the factory option list that aren't listed on the website

Yes, it is real problem, I had to carry all iPads and Android tablets to attic, otherwise my kids will never graduate a middle school.

W212 FL
For me :
Keyless Go
Adaptive Headlamps ,good thing fl W212 cars can be equipped by LEDs
Rear view camera
Bigger fuel tank
These are top 4 and must-have items that I find the most useful in daily basis

However, if I happen to trade my car for post '13 model year I am thinking of adding these :
Thermotronic
Driver's Assist Package
Multicontour seats
360 view camera
Blind spot warning
Rear split seats

Panorama sunroof is at the top of my list. I have P1, lighting package, lane tracking package, Keyless Go package (uncludes power trunk), panaroma sunroof, split folding seats and rear spoiler. My biggest regret is not getting the parking assist package as that gives you the surround view system.

Not sure of the validity of this? My sport is limited at 130 (confirmed about 2 minutes after I hit 1,000 miles and could finally open her up!). As far as I understand, only the non-US versions have the higher limit.

I was under impression it depends on tire rate. since luxury has full profile tires, they can be rated as H, when sport low profile tires are rated as W. I remember it was funny situation for W210, when sport package was limited to 130mph, when non sport special edition to 150mph. And yes, I could test it as well.
