Came across this ad online, for a 2011 E350. Called the color "Designo Mystic Blue Metallic".

I love the color. Must be fairly rare too.

Dramatic colors like that also can effect resale down the road - usually not in a positive way, especially as trends change.

I like blues, nice color.

I wish "quartz blue" hadn't been discontinued. Diamond silver is nice in that it has a touch of blue, but quartz blue would have went well with my fintail. It seems to be a fairly rare color, especially in my area - but I remember seeing several in Miami:

I've had tectite, black opal and barolo before so this isn't that over the top. After a six year hiatus from MB it felt great behind the wheel.

That color is not my cup of "espresso" either .It's ,however, I would rather pick it up over white although white should have a better resale value lol

(my E55)

Nice color, 212 might not look bad in it. Made from 00-03 or 04, I think. Pretty rare.

I don't like white on many cars, but I think it works with the angularity of the pre-FL 212, especially the stark polar white.

Mine was a 2004 e55 with the blue inserts in the seats. My favorite color until now.

my benz colors:
2003 c32 pewter with merlot
2004 e55 tectite gray with blue
2005 c320 white with biege
2006 cls55 black opal with black
2006 e55 barolo with charcoal
2006 sl65 black on black
2011 e350 mauritius with almond/black
