2010 E350 Service A
Transmission oil should have been changed at the 40k service for a 2010 E350. Same thing with brake fluid. which is every 2 years or every B service.
Plain A service range from $170 to $300 depending on dealer (from what I've seen)
Plain B service ranges from about $300 to $500 depending on dealer.
a brake flush is $100 to $200
transmission flush is $350 to $700
All these are just quotes I've gotten from MB dealers in the central and northern CA area.
A and B services alternate, so at 10k it's A, 20k B, 30k A, 40k B, 50k A etc. Brake fluid flush every 2 years, and transmission flush for the 2010 7g tronic is every 39k or 40k miles. 2012 and newer 7g tronic plus is every 70k miles.

BTW, it is brake, not break - unless they are broken.
Regardless, point is to ask before taking car in and tell them the mileage and what was done on last two services and when done. Verify what they will do and how much it will cost when you check the car in.
Too many people just drop off car and say it is here for service and then sign the work order giving dealership OK to do what they think it needs.
Rember also that services are every 12 monthns OR 10,000 miles, whichever comes first or gives dealership most profit.
I had my E350 brake fluid flush done for the $39.95 everyday price at Sears. (then took my wife's Lincoln there too) They used name brand brake fluid, vacuum drained each caliper, and topped off the tank. Same method as the MB dealer or any ASE certified mechanic would do.
Sears Brake Fluid
There are only about a half a dozen OE brake manufacturers in the world - Ate, Girling, Bosch, etc. A brake fluid change is done pretty much the same way on all of them.
There is NOTHING special about our E class brakes compared to an Accord, Camry, or Taurus.
