I have purchased one walnut and one flat bottom leather steering wheel for my W212 - and have decided to keep the wood wheel.
This flat bottom, paddle shifter wheel was sold to me as brand NEW - having never been installed. It looks absolutely new, but has a small nick on the trim.
The electrical connector appears new, and to never have been used. AUG 2013 production date
Part #: A172 460 4203
I can't answer specific fitment questions for you. First photo will reference the models this part number will fit.
$350 + $18 shipping to cont'l US. PayPal

I saw this flat bottom wheel at my dealer the other day while they were doing their inspection for the extended warranty. It was in a CLS and really liked it.
However, I don't like it enough to spend that much money.
The question about the Lane Assist feature puzzled me because the only steering wheel interface I have with that system is through the settings menu to enable or disable it.
Am I missing something on my car I should be aware of? 2011 E350 4Matic Wagon.
it was standard on the W212 wagons in Canada in 2011 MY. I don't know if it was an option on the sedans of the same vintage.
I know it works great and I love it. I don't even get bothered if it alarms when I get too close to a bush on a back road.
My question however stands. Is there some steering wheel interface other than through the settings menu for the Lane Assist that I am not aware of?
$350 plus shipping for a slightly damaged wheel and another $300-400 plus shipping for an air bag that is intended for this wheel? As much as I like it. Nope!
Now imapheatonguy, you best watch out for the mother in law!
Nope. Not intended to "crap" on his pricing. Just saying it is something I wouldn't do for the price. If I wanted one I could but I don't. Besides, it is damaged by his own description, he didn't show the damage and he is offering still wrapped in the plastic so you can't get a good look at what you are buying.
Good luck to him. I hope he finds a buyer.
Since you like it so much why don't you buy it. Seems there is a match here.
Only chimed in on this thread when I saw you blathering on....He mentioned the nick, or in your words damaged lol.....and you must have missed the closeup pic with the arrow. Smh. I'm not even sure this wheel would match your plastic seats anyway ;-)

[OT]: OK, you win. You have the greatest car with the most incredible options that money can buy. I'm so jealous.
Let it go man, weren't you whining last week about bashing in the mbtex thread. My post, from Sat mind you, wasn't even directed to you....and yet here you are on Thur dredging this up... Chill out or up your Metamucil dosage, something
