Have you not even tried tire balancing yet?

you sure its not just the "lane keep assyst"?

have a look at the engine support as well.

When I first bought my 2010 CPO I had bad vibration on the highway and even when idling. It turned out to be a motor mount (or tranny I forget) but once addressed he car was amazingly smooth. Like someone said, wheels may be the first culprit.

Agree. Easiest (and cheapest) option is get your tires balanced. Vibration should get worse from 20mph to 80 or so.

Other then that things might get more expensive to check but think of motor mounts, steering pump/electronics. Let us know if you got it fixed
