2010 e350 4matic Navigation update 2015 DONE !!!
I just bought the DVD set (2 DVD's) for my 2010 e350 and installed, right away system recognized the disc and asked me do i want a (2010 some version numbers were there) install new version and i said yes, finished first dvd and asked me to put second dvd in and total of over 2 hours plus later, it's all done, it was so easy like cave man can do it
I think this set is good for 2010-11 models maybe some others too.
Mercedes-Benz 2015 Navigation Update Set (2) North America for 2010-2011 E Class
P/S: I don't have (DVD's) anymore

I have the same OE disc set, 2010-2011 E Class, if anyone is interested. Sold the car but still have the discs...oops.
It's a long install, but straight forward. I remember thinking at the time it was worth doing.

How long did the update take? Did you have the car on at the first click?
The manual recommends connecting your battery to a charger because the update supposedly will stop if the car's batt level drops below a certain threshold.
It should also continue where you leave off if it gets disrupted?
Thanks!

Early build you may need to insert navigation DVD thereafter, update sequence should identify version installed.

2015 Mercedes-Benz NTG4-212 DVD V13.0
Just updated my COMAND navigation system. I tried using my CTEK 3300 so I don't have to keep my engine running, but that was not enough. It started OK, an hour later I went to check on the car and noticed that the COMAND was turned off, and that due to the battery not providing enough charge. So, I ended up running the engine the entire update. I have not tested it yet to see what are the changes, but will check it this evening.
When the COMAND shuts off and you power it on, the upgrade resumes from where it stopped, so you don't have to start all over again.
I added few images when upgrade started and when it is done
