New to forum and have few questions
I recently purchase a 2014 E350 sport. it a used car from lease return and has 10K mils on it for $33500.
The car has sport package and premium 1 package but there are some other option as well which I don't know it belong to what package, like wood/leather three sponge steering wheel, the seat is adjust to my rib when I make turn, light illuminate around the car interior....
How can I find out my car need service or not?
when is the last time it got service?
How do I know which option the car come with?
Also car only has one smart key fob and does not come with any manual. where can I get them?
Thx

The answer to all of your questions can be answered by your (a) dealership. Interior is sometimes its own package. The seat bolster moving in turns is called active multi-contour seat or dynamic seat. This can be turned on or off in the COMAND. If you post the VIN I can look to see what the car came with in my VMI.
Otherwise, if the car was serviced properly, the service indicator will tell you when the next service is due. You can find that in the instrument cluster under the "service" tab. Then selecting "ASSYST" function.
I would also bring the car in to a dealer to deactivate the other missing key. Otherwise someone else may have access to your car. A new key is generally about $250 and if it is DAS 4 will generally cost a half hour of labor time to program.

Post your vin in the data card thread. That will show what the car has. There are also vin decoder available online. You could also post some pics and folks can spot features.
For service history, go to seller or nearest MB dealer with VIN and ask for a copy of the vehicle master inquiry and that will show all the service details in their system. Assystplus on center dash should tell time to next service (assuming this was reset at last service). You may want to get an oil change just to be sure there is fresh oil in there.
You can buy the manuals off ebay if you want paper. Or just go to the owner section of mbusa.com and look for manuals (owners, comand, and maintenance are the three you need).

Looks like it had an A service on 11-27-2015 at 6,782 miles. Then on 2-29-2016 it had a flat tire repaired at 10,290 miles. That is the last recorded repair. As for seats I see codes: 432 (Active multicontour front seat), 873 (Heated front seats), 275 (memory package front seats). Code 314 (wood/leather steering wheel) as well as H14 (Wood trim burres walnut) and of course my favorite code 772 listed as "AMG Bodystyling". Sounds like a nice car.

Is there anyway to pull out record and see if this car has any accident in the past? I have Car fax report which show clean and no accident but I hear if the car involve into any accident last than $750 then they will not record the accident.

Yeah, autocheck is better for accidents although at 10k chances are low it had one.
Here's a place that does Autocheck for $2:

Oh, my gosh. You are awesome bro Werkzeug. I listened to you and follow your recommend, I called the nearest dealer in my area (CA 94538) and they said they don't have record of this car since the car never service at their place. Then I call the dealer where the car first sold which is not far away (CA 94103) and after a few conversation they were able to pull out the record and it exactly what you post up for the record. Thank you very much again.

With respect to manuals; Do you really need a paper manual? You car's Comand already has a preloaded manual in it. Just select the appropriate menu and you can get all information you need (which would be available in the manual). In addition you can install the MB app into your smart phone and download the manual of E class for free. So now you have two working manuals already. Do you really need a third paper one that would take space in the glove box? (I agree that paper manuals are fun and a bit faster to scroll through) but in case you are unable to find something, the search function in your comand can easily find it in your car.
Get the second proper key from "only" the MB dealer, what ever it costs (try different MB dealers for price if you can).
And I don't need to remind you that please do not buy additional keys from eBay. Most of them claim that "you can get it programmed from your dealer", but it is a total lie. No dealer worth his salt will even entertain you talking about it. Of course you can use it as a fantastic paperweight.
Congratulations on your new MB.

maybe I am old, but I like using the paper manual from time to time. I ended up with two of them and keep one in the trunk near spare. I also have the pdf on my phone for when I am not near my car.
