cheap, quick and easy fix... dark tint, black side mirror cover, wrap side skirts middle part, wrap rear spoiler.
spend a bit...upgrade to 19s or even 20s, roof spoiler, upgrade to 63 front grille...

Those look like the stock 18 AMG. They look fine. Gloss black 19s would look pretty good too for contrast. I wouldn't go any thing bigger than 19s. My 19s are already a little harsh in terms of ride quality when going over pot holes and bumps.
Contrasting gloss black mirror would look cool too given the black panoramic roof.
Window tint is a must. Not because of the darker color, but you should do a ceramic tint that would block heat.

As most members suggested, window tint and new wheels.
If you want to take it further, lowering suspension kit and Renntech carbon aero parts. The carbon fiber rear diffuser and the tips look really good! I'm sure the aero parts will fit the E400.

Wow that's amazing! that would really give it some pizzazz! However, I think my wife may go with more sedate add-on's...
I did buy some sticker, and if she likes it and i install them i ll take pictures...
