Rear rotor: Same for ALL models (2011-2014 ) and 2010-2011 Coupe/Cabriolet/4-Matic, but for 2010-2011 Sedan and 4-Matic rotor although same diameter but has a different offset.
Our two piece rotors cost several times more than one piece rotor, so most customers only upgrade the front to two piece which does about 2/3 of braking work and leave the rear to one piece.

Love your brakes! I want to upgrade my 2016 E400 W212 4matic wagon with Code 951 Sport brakes (344mm fr/300mm rr). I believe I could go 360mm in front and 320 at rear and keep the 18" rims. Can you confirm and pm me a package price? Thanks in advance,

Anybody have these on their E550, driving and steering changes/impressions?
@RacingBrake - Any plans to make brake pads for the E550 front caliper, seems like nobody wants to go there yet since the caliper is specific to just a few models iirc the cls550 and slk55?

Same pad is actually used in our CLS550 test car and is a good option for anyone interested in a quiet and almost no dust pad.

We have a pad that fits 2014 E550 (4Matic front only):

The CLS550 and E550 with the 278.992 engine and 4matic since 2012 use the D1634 pad. When I pull up both FMSI specifications the pads are slightly different height and width.

Some E550 2010 Customers inquiring us for a durable rotor that can provide lasting performance, no warp and literally no wear for street driving, but said he can't find it so we bump this thread and relist the link again here:
https://www.racingbrake.com/Two-piec...ONT-p/2255.htm
You can read this recent testimonial from an E63 owner - RB two piece rotors last more than 100,000 miles in 5 years. Initial cost is higher but for the performance gain and durability our two piece rotors end up cheaper than one piece rotor (OE or aftermarket).

You can add our low dust, no squeaky performance street pad (XT910) for the best brake performance ever offered for E550.

I bought the RB rotors & XT910 pads for the front of my 2010 Mercedes E550 4matic. The rotors are working well and have not warped like the 3 pairs of OEM rotors have in the past! I have had the rotors and pads installed for 1.5 years so far. The brakes feel great when they are cool, but after a few normal / regular stops, the brakes start getting grabby and it feels like most of the stopping action is happening in the front. The rear brakes are still OEM rotors and pads. I was wondering if I should consider putting an OEM pads in the front so they match the rears?
Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Quick update:
I replaced the rear OEM pads with EBC Red Stuff pads and the braking is more balanced, still not amazing. The pads from RB in the front definitely have more braking capacity than the OEM pads. As of two months ago RB did not offer pads for the rear of the E550. I am going to put the EBC Red Stuff pads in the front to match the rear and I expect to have a very good solution. The one thing I would like to emphasize is the RB rotors in the front are installed now for 1 year and are working great, no warping. So I strongly recommend the RB two piece rotors in the front of the E550, but make sure you have matching pad type/material in the front and rear for balanced braking.

Update. I replaced the Racebrake pads in the front with EBC Red Stuff pads, the same kind of pads that I have in the rear and the brakes are less grabby when they get hot. Still not perfect, but again two plus years later and the Racebrake rotors have not warped.
As the weather gets better I am going to go back to OEM pads in the front with the Racebrake rotors and EBC Red Stuff pads in the rear with OEM rotors. I think the real problem with the 2010 E550 is that Mercedes screwed up how they balanced the brakes and the front brakes are doing the lion share of the braking causing the front OEM rotors to overheat and warp.
