air intake inlet pipe

did anyone notice this or is it just me ?found this on accident....

passenger side , checked out ebay but they only sell the whole thing , i guess u canr just buy that piece

The cloth part on mine disintegrated when I installed my UPD intake... have to get another one, or find a better replacement.

maybe there is too much heat coming from something on the left side that caused it... my only explantion , cuz the drivers side is fine

Just raises the filter out of the way of the inlet in the box. Had to take off the hose you're talking about to get it, and when I tried to pull it off, the seams ripped on the cloth part.

oh that's cool , i didnt see the price on that , how much would it all be? most likely not gonna install it , but just curious , results are impressive

Was $450 shipped, but I don't think they make it (yet) for the N/A engines. But I'm not sure about that. Was it worth $450? Ehh... but it is a noticeable difference at least. And I can hear the turbos a little better too lol

i would guess for N/A engine , there wont be that much difference as for TT engine , 450 i could spend on other mods lol
