2010 E350 Sunroof ???
There are no charts that say it fits, because it doesn't. Is it the same pano roof that would've come with your vehicle had it been optioned that way? Probably yes. But that doesn't make it fit. It can only fit if your vehicle was manufactured for a pano roof. But it wasn't.
So it won't fit, unless you get a pano headliner and cut your roof and somehow manage to do all of the extensive bodywork required for fit, finish, and sealing.
I'd say while I understand you'd like the pano roof vs. the standard roof, you should avoid this nightmare and (1) live with your roof or (2) buy a different vehicle with the pano roof option.
Now, if you decide to tackle this, you must update us with pictures and comments along the way, because it would be interesting.
easier off buying one with Pano already or just keep it like this to save yourself from all the issues

Is it really that important that your rear seat passengers be able to see the sun or moon?

It takes a long time for AC running full blast to cool it down compared to vehicles with standard sunroofs and insulating panels.
