Speedriven Product Release - E63 Performance Side Mount Heat Exchangers
Throughout the years of building high-performance Mercedes-Benz vehicles, we've had many clients experience power loss due to insufficient cooling. The 5.5L BiTurbo Mercedes engines are not cooled by the traditional intercooler system. Like many newer turbocharged Euros, this twin-turbo V-8 engine uses coolant to cool through an air to water heat exchanger. Though this method works well it can quickly become heat soaked, dampening power.
With that being said, Speedriven is excited to announce that we have solved this issue. Our team of Engineers and Performance techs has developed a direct bolt side mount heat exchangers for the E63. Our Performance Heat Exchangers will assist in keeping your intake temps cooler while maintaining your AMG’s highest power output under any type of ambient temperatures.
Features:
•Bigger, extremely efficient core lowers temperatures by 20-30 degrees
Fahrenheit
•CAD designed CNC billet aluminum end tanks
•Added fluid capacity assists with reducing intake temperatures
•Direct bolt-on

How much?
Is this for the IC water?
I was under the impression that this place is where the oil cooler located, not IC water.

The oil cooler is located in front of the center mount heat exchanger. That picture is of the side mount which is normally the first heat exchanger you would upgrade. $950
