I think i'm finally done with mods!
Here is my 2011 E350. Just had my tips and diffuser installed yesterday and I love it.
The tips and diffuser (fiberglass) are from ebay.
Niche Misano 20s with Toyo Proxes
Sprint Booster V3.
I've had the car for a while and was having the itch to get a new car but I didn't want any payments so I decided to upgrade my white girl.
I actually have H&R springs but I think it will be too low, so I haven't installed them. I am willing to sell them if anyone is interested.
Almost had it wrapped with a new color but decided against it. The white is classic.

Of all the mods I've done so far on my pre-facelift W212, the best one's updating both the Instrument Cluster and NTG4.5 Comand firmware from Gen.1 Papyrus/Yellow to Gen.2 Silver/Black.

1. MB Star C4 or C3 SDConnect Multiplexer
2. Mercedes Vediamo Software
3. Telematics DVD specific to your Comand HW
You insert the Telematics DVD into your car's DVD rom, plug the C4/C3 into the OBD port, open the Vediamo software and flash the specific CFF files to your Comand hardware. Process takes roughly 1 hour for both the instrument cluster and comand.
The process may sound complicated as rocket science if you have no idea what a C4 Muliplexer or Vediamo is. But if you are familiar with Mercedes Star Diagnostic Tools, this is very simple. I have all the hardware and software needed for the job.

First and foremost, you have to have comand NTG4.5 in able to update the firmware to Gen.2 silver/black version. NTG4.5 were introduced on late 2011 models. If you look at your comand screen and it doesn't have a globe as the rightmost icon on the top, then you don't have comand 4.5.
To check your comand hw version:
Press and hold the hang up + 1 and # buttons together until you enter Engineering Mode on your comand.
Check this YouTube video on how to enter Engineering Mode:
