Important question ****

hi how is everyone I have 2 concerns.

1) I popped open the sunroof when it was super icy and ever since then I can’t open or close it automatically . I’ll goto open it and it won’t pop up all the way and then when I go to put it back down it goes a little then goes back up almost like there is something in the way. How do I fix this nothing seems broken.

2) when it rains hard it leaks in the car some how . When I start driving I hear like a bloop bloop bloop (air bubble) sound almost like in the roof or something . Nothing seems wet . I absolutely can not tell where the water comes from . Once it leaked on to my passenger seat a little and I felt the headliner the windows and nothing was wet ( Bizzarre ) .
the windshield and the sunroof weather strip does not seem damaged . How do I fix this

thank you so much

Might have to take off your roof liner to see what's going on? This kind of stuff I'd bring to a professional.

You probably bent or broke something opening it frozen over. If it's cold enough for ice, it's probably too cold to open the sunroof....

I would start by checking the track for the roof for obstructions and then check the drain holes for clearance. Maybe blow some air down them or test with a small amount of water to be sure it doesn't pool up.

Just don’t hook your high pressure air hose up to the drains to blow them out. Dirt can collect at the bottom of the drain hose where it exists the body near the wheel wells.

Have you tried re-syncing the sunroof? If you can open it all the way, you should be able to re-sync it. IIRC, you open it all the way and keep the button pressed even after it opens for several seconds. The system should "click" or give some kind of feedback. Then, close the sunroof, again holding the button to close it for several seconds after the sunroof has closed down.
