It's a very light color tint. Laws around here doesn't allow any tint on front windows or windshield, so I didn't want to get a fix it ticket and went with a very light color tint. at 50%, the cops are not likely to notice/stop us. Also, wife wanted matching color all around so I couldn't go any darker in the back although the law allows for any darkness in back.
in NY a law just passed that the tint law is enforced during yearly inspections. 70% min.
Here in CA they are supposed to check the front window tint at inspection as well, but majority of the shops don't bother as long as it's not too dark.

The SMOG/Safety check that happens every 2 years starting on the 6th year in order to keep car registered. Most shops don't even bother checking window tint or any other safety systems, they just run the smog check and call it a day.
don't you guys have the retractable electronic screen like the saloons?
If you mean the screens in the back windows of the sedans, then no. The wagons do not have electric screens. They do come with manual sun shades on the rear doors.
