I wonder if they would agree to apply it to repair bill?
Just curious. After reading how dealer service lead to engine seizures and seeing how my dealer-serviced W211 had lot of "corners cut" I am not taking my chances.
Only thing that made me going to stealership was SCN coding, but I am working on this as well

I filled out the form yesterday and submitted it. Haven't received the email. Called the Customer Care hotline (800 Mercedes) and the recording said the office was closed (do check time and date of this post, minus 10 minutes). Then I tried to leave a voice message, but was disconnected... Thinking "The Best or Nothing," at this point. I filled out the online email request. We'll see if I ever get a response.

And when I tried to submit the request a second time today, I got an error message stating that my eligibility for this coupon had expired because it had already been used.
We'll see if the message I left will yield any results.

Thanks for the offer. I would like to see how MBUSA handles this failure in the system, first.
I thought that I might need to have an A service performed (6 months before needed) in order to have my Maps updated. But it appears that might not be necessary. I should learn by the weekend.
