***DO NOT BUY ROHANA WHEELS***

**************************DO NOT BUY ROHANA WHEELS****************************

Wanted to share my experience with Rohana Wheels. In short, they structurally do not hold up for normal street and highway use. Do not be suckered into buying them because they look cool and are less expensive than other wheels. I bought a set of R10's a few years ago for my E350. After about a year, I had to replace a front wheel due to an internal crack. They refused a warranty replacement citing it was due to wear (i.e. roads, potholes, etc). Flash forward, and now I just replaced a 2nd wheel, this one in the rear. Reason? -Same, internal crack in wheel. And this one is now out of warranty . Replacements easily get expensive.

Had I known that every other year I'd have to replace a wheel, I wouldn't have bought them. Not only did I already pay 50% over my original cost for a set for the replacements, It was a headache taking the car back in the shop whenever there was a leak caused by the cracks.

***If your considering Rohana wheels, don't do it, They are inferior wheels and you will eventually have to start replacing them. They don't honor their warranty. Rohana should halt their wheel production, and discontinue their wheels until they can improve the workmanship and quality of their products. Also Need4Speed, and any other Forum advertisers should consider not carrying this inferior product to avoid becoming a ghetto wheel warehouse. ***

Don't let the good looks fool you, Rohana wheels are crap!

Not trying to play devil's advocate, but what size are they? Look like 18" and that size is very prone to cracks even with original AMG wheels.
Definitely not the size recommended for Bay Area potholes.

Eh, that sux. Have any pics of the cracks?
Your car looks really good, love those DRL's!

I've had really good luck with HRE forged wheels. I am selling three sets of 18's if you're considering newer wheels. Sorry for the sales pitch.

That is so lame that they said NO to replacements. Good luck to you Sir,

I agree, they are crappy wheels. I have the RF1 and one of them crack already. I got it fixed by a local shop but it cracked again on a different location. I wouldn't buy them again.

Thanks for posting - I'm going to be looking for new wheels - even though I have no issues with both sets of my AMG wheels (except for MY CURB rash LOL - yup from me) I was poking around these and glad for the info.
Post what you get as a replacement!

Cheers
JP

Thanks all. Lesson learned, Jay Z said it best...."I'm, young enough to know the right car to buy. Yet grown enough not to put rims on it"

STAY AWAY FROM ROHANA WHEELS

I purchased a set of Rohana RC10 wheels for my RC350. After only 5k miles, all spokes cracked. I never hit a pothole or anything! 1 yr warranty expired so I wasn't able to get them replaced. Worst rims ever! Will never purchase this brand ever again.

I agree... Rohana is crap

My C300 has RC-10 19x8.5 on the front and BOTH are cracked/leaking air. The cracks are on the spokes so it's difficult to repair. Rohana changed the name of RC-10 to RFC-10, don't be fooled. I agree, "DO NOT BUY ROHANA WHEELS".

RC series is a no-go. Try RFC

Just an FYI, the RC series face is cast which is a weaker wheel. In the future look for the RFC series which is cross forged, an upgrade from the RC makes.
