Both my '08 S550 and '10 E350 have this from the factory. Did your E350 not have it?

Take a closer look. The hooks are molded into the CBox frame, at the two corners closest to you. I had to look for them, too.

I stand corrected . Just went out and you are correct. 6 years with car and I never noticed those hooks. Wow!!! Learned something new today. Thanks.

Makes you want to run to the mall, or Walmart, doesn't it?

Lately, I find it takes less time to hang those plastic bags on the CBox hooks than it does to deploy the CBox.

I have to go and look! 5 Years and never saw anything. And I use the trunk everyday.

Yup. Anytime I have to haul anything bulky, the CBox has to sit in the garage. The trunk is just too shallow.

My wife's Hyundai Sonata has a trunk 4-inches deeper (vertically).

That is ok with trunk depth as long as the spare tire is under there.

Would stink if it was run flats.
