Bad engine/motor mounts? 2010 Mercedes E350 4Matic
Does this look like bad engine mounts?
Had the E brake on, in drive with foot on the brake and revving
Car vibrates at a stop when either in D or R

Yes, looks like bad mounts. I just replaced my two mounts and transmission mount on my 2010 e350 with 48,000 miles. I was getting some vibrations as a result of the bad mounts.

I had it done at the dealer (I had an aftermarket warranty that covered it). Parts were $210 for each of the engine mounts and $187 for the tranny mount. Labor was $1,100. So all in was $1,700.

The tranny mount is really cheap, about $55 and I believe it's Corteco that makes the OEM mount. It's a simple 20 minute job. The two mounts on the other hand are much more complex, there's several threads on how difficult it can be as a DIY project.

I don't recall that one was simpler than the other. Even complex on the E550. The stuff that's in the way like the exhaust, alternator, etc are the same for both, although one could be slightly easier than the other. Haven't done mine yet, but I'm think it's going to be a few hundred with my indy as it's not going to be a quick job.
