Jacked car up to swap wheels, now front suspension won't deflate. Help!
I posted this on the CLS550 forum but I know this forum is more active. As the title stated, I lifted the car on jacks to swap out my wheels, now my front end is fully erected (lifted up) and won't deflate. I've tried starting it and letting it run but all I hear is the compressor running inflating the suspension, I'm worried that it'll blow my front strut as another member has had this happen to him. Any way to get the system to drop or self level?

Do you have a scanner who can read and adjust the suspension?
Other than that, the mechanical lowering will involve some time.

The bags have Shrader-type valve on the top.
So when you remove the tubing and insert a pin in the hole, you will release the air.
Not easy job with bag on the car and you need to be careful
There is also electrical possibility by jumping 2 wires, but that would take some homework to figure.

With the vehicle and sitting on the ground, have you tried turning the nut that seals the line going to the strut??? you might be able to release the air that way.
