New to me 14 E350 terrible buzzing sound from passenger rear?
Well my new to me month old car has a hiccup. While driving home from work there was a terrible buzzing sound, which sounded like from passenger rear inside of car. Maybe speaker? It was like interference maybe? Don't know but loud and irritating.

The 14s had an issue where the speakers would sometimes melt causing all sorts of issues, can you pull that speaker out for an inspection?
Search the 212 forum for melting speakers - IIRC it seems basically isolated to the 2014.
Of course it could be something simple like grounding. Either way you’re going to need to pull the door panel to check.

I am sure the door panel being pulled is not a simple job. Lol

Hmmm..... The fan for the amplifier back on the rear deck can be mighty noisy at times in my 2016. I wanted to have it replaced under the new car warranty, but my work guidelines precluded me getting out of town to make an appointment and now the warranty is expired. Could you post a price for the amplifier assy if you go that route?

I've yet to hear a fan running on mine.
The amp part number listed in the EPC that konigstiger posted 212-900-62-26 will show that it has been replaced by 212-900-86-29-80, so hopefully that means the issue is fixed?
