I am going to have to check and see if I have a coolant leak soon as I got in my vehicle today and it said warning check coolant level and it is a tad low. My question is I see the main coolant reservoir and it looks like it has a pale green coolant in it, but there is a small coolant reservoir underneath the plastic engine cover that looks to be blue coolant for what I would be guessing for the intercoolers or something? Is it the same coolant for the radiator or different?

Take a picture of that reservoir under the engine cover.
I ask because that reservoir was made for the m278's and m157's from 2014 and up, and it is for the extended coolant loop for the intercooler.
When was the last time you had your coolant changed? I had that happened to me at 60k and I am at 95k now and has not asked for any since I topped it off.
And I will check my fluid. I still have a benz coolant bottle at home, but I think it's blue.
Cool trick: if you want to cycle air out after the engine is warm, tap the accelerator to the floor once, and it will turn on the aux pump.
Hmmm interesting, I wonder why mine as this reservoir. I sadly forgot to take a picture after I dropped my car off to get detailed, I found one on the internet and that is exactly the same setup I have on my 2013 maybe its a late model? I'd have to call the dealer I bought my vehicle from to see if they can give me the service records since it was regularly service there so I actually am not sure when the coolant has been changed, but I do plan on probably just changing it now regardless of when it was done.
