Will QuickJack work on E63S Wagon? - Looks doubtful

I was planning to get a QuickJack to do some work on my 2014 E63S Wagon. I went to measure the Max. Lifting Point Spread and it seems to fall well outside what QuickJack offers (See Image). I called Quick Jack and they basically said I must have measured wrong. I'm pretty sure I located the proper jack points and got a dimension of 69" or 175cm. Can anyone confirm this. Has anyone used a quick jack to raise their E63?
I decided to measure left to right just to see if that would work. I got a dimension left to right of 64". Am I correct in understanding that the only way to lift the car, using a QuickJack, would be left to right with an EXT model? It seems odd that a Mercedes, being a very common car would fall so far outside the range of what QuickJack offers. People are lifting their pickup trucks with these lifts.
Can anyone please confirm?

Thank you.

According to my measurements QuickJack doesn't make a model that will fit the E63S Estate/Wagon

Usually the quick jacks run front to rear, from what I've seen... so you'd need to straddle the lifting points just behind the front wheel and in-front of the rear wheel. I guess you could run them left to right, but you'd need to insure that nothing is hanging down that would interfere.

*edit*

I'll add that I've seen guys add boards on top to "extend" the runners... though, that's a definite at your own risk thing.

Pickup trucks are different, as they have a full frame, so you don't need to lift is a "specific" spot.. as long as you can good contact along the frame.

My sedan is 60" center jack point to center jack point I'm surprised yours is 9" more. I don't have a wagon to measure, sorry. Left Coast Geek just got a wagon, maybe he could help?

QuickJack's measurements are outside to outside of lifting points (see my image), not center to center. If yours is 60" Center to Center that's probably 65"-66" outside to outside. But I'm looking for actual confirmation of their E63S wagon, if anyone can verify that would be great.

56" is the minimum spread 64" is the max, outer edge to outer edge , but whatever.

'11 E350 wagon is ~ 59" from inside edge to inside edge (depression in lift pad) + the lift pad is a few inches across... you'd want 67", assuming 4" contact with pad, length runner. I would go a little less, but 60" is only a 1/2" on each side... no way man.

I assumed the "C" dimension on the BL5000EXT was 66"

Assuming the runner is 66" long, then I'd be totally comfortable using it on my wagon.

Much Clearer Picture Now !

Here's a sketch of the dimensions of my W212 E63S Wagon lift points. This clears up a lot. I was originally measuring from outer most point to outer most point of the lifting points and got 69". However, if I insert my trusty 'pucks' into the insert within the general lifting point, I get a much more favorable situation of 64". 64" is well within the EXT versions of the QuickJack.
In summary, a 5000EXT series QuickJack will work just fine running front to back.

Actual Outer Lift Point Dimension for QuickJack is 64"

2014 - W212.065 - E400 ( M276.820, 3 liter Turbo) RWD not Hybrid
DO NOT use Quick Jack in East-West orientation, always use it in North-South orientation , North reference is the car front.
In East-West orientation, when you need to "unlock" its lock mechanism, it will be under the car mid center and if for some super-bad-luck-reason ( touch wood ) the QJ collapse, you will be under the car at that point in time.

The unlock mechanism is always placed to the outside of the car. So mark the QJ as LEFT and RIGHT.

Dimension for my 5000 EXT

65.5 inch guaranteed use able length.

RIGHT SIDE UNIT - The LOCK/UNLOCK mechanism in my hand as shown below

QJ is not a true direct-up jack. It goes up while shifting the car position approx 15-20cm to the rear. See arrows.
See how the LOCK/UNLOCK arm/lever needs to be at the car out-side

Please note, I still use two 3 tons jack to back-up the QJ. One at the back/differential and 1 more in front at the allocated jack point at subframe ( integral carrier ). Sometime I use my super strong DIY wheel support as back up too.
While I know QJ is strong, I don't take chances

One word of caution. See the two circles below. That is detent lock 1 and 2, which are Level 1 and Level 2 lock. Level 2 is highest lift.
There will be a time when you mess with QJ as often I did, you will experience upon lowering the car, one side of the QJ may get locked at Level 1 while the other side already passed/unlock Level 1.
So when this happened, one side of the car could not lower and freak accident may happen.

The possible freak accident I mentioned above, can happen if you play with the QJ UP and DOWN many times before reaching Level 1 detent lock.
It is the cam shape LOCK mechanism at the locking lever which its design is geared for UP to DOWN and DOWN to UP movement in smooth fashion and not for itchy finger guy like me
When you own and play with the QJ, you will understand what I mean.

Simply, DO NOT take off your eyes from the locking lever movement at Level 2 and Level 1 when lowering, make sure they are moving smooth and not held by the detent.

To make sure you can get nearly identical height increase on both sides QJ, make sure you bring them down a 100% and start from there. These pair is not 100% equal in its movement. 95-98% is more like it.
Since the QJ need some weight to bring itself down from its highest level ( 100% ) to 15%, do be surprised if you held the car position using other jack stands and try lowering the QJ to say remove it out of the way,
you need to get at least a 50kg person to stand on the QJ. 15% height to zero it can DO on its own due to the arms angle leverage, but the oil discharge from the cylinder may not be equal from both sides QJ and
that means one side may be slower to be at zero height.

So be pay attention closely to how your unit behave when it is lowered and raised. Be familiar with it. Bleed it well. Hydraulics do not like air bubbles.

Stay safe under the car.....

Would leaving a W212 with airmatic on a quickjack overnight pose a problem for the suspension system?

No different than using a 2 post lift... so no.
