So I had another idea , instead of submerging completely(won't it effect the colour? Close one flow end, pour the vinegar inside, and close it aswell, and wait for it to pour out from the outflow nozzle. Since you say 70C I will have to them submerge them in vinegar tmrw and put them outside.

Vinegar does not effect plastic color if we speak of only 24 hours submersion.
It is not an oxidizer like chlorine or ozone, which if ozone ... it can do damaging wonders to plastic.

So

you can see the nozzles below, any idea why one says 2 RAY? In the top left corner. It also has a different serial number.

Hi everyone! So currently the nozzles are in vinegar and outside under the sun, however after some Googling, I saw that in some cases these nozzles have some sort of electrical module in them with wires coming out, what's that about? Is that some key component that my car is missing? None of my nozzles had it.

Probably those are old ones where the wires are heater. W212 uses engine coolant as heater at washer bottle if I remember correctly seeing the EPC, that is for warming up washer fluid for cold countries.
Mine is tropical version, so I don't have such "winter-gear" on my car .

hah, my early 1990's w124 E classes's all had heated washer nozzles, and a coolant loop through the washer fluid reservoir to keep it from freezing and a AC chiller for the fuel injection return loop to keep the fuel from getting too hot.

clearly since mine was also imported to a warmer country, they probably don't have the heaters. Also Prihadi all of the the white deposits are not dissolving.

see, yeah, if you have a world market car, you would need to run the VIN through Mercedes to get the full data card.

Some physical scrubbing using tooth brush and water channel blown with compressed air will be needed, depending on what deposit is the white thingy made of.
Patience is needed. To be totally zero deposit is not easy without using very harsh chemical.

Do you have a laundry product you use with detergent to wash your clothes? Not the salts you use in a whole house system, see if you can find some "Calgon" consumer laundry product/water softener.

easy

before you grow too many white hair over this plastic contraption, order 1 or more nozzle replacements along with the OEM windshield concentrate - Sanity is restored.

The more you poke at the plastic jet the worse it becomes... I learned that lesson with brass carburator idle jets 🤗

Good old carburator days
I once had a carburator cable stuck and engine hit like 8,000+ RPM or there about, WOT was 6,500 RPM or so......... broke 3 rocker arms, oil dipstick which was a VDO oil temp sensor...pops out of its pipe like 15cm up, cylinder head gasket if
I recalled correctly sort of swollen and then eventually over 1 year period all other rocker arms broke one by one .... LOL. It was a 4 cylinder 12 valves small 1 liter Toyota engine.

that's a Toyota for ya 🤗

On (Honda) motorcycles throttle control comes standard with dual cables: push-&-pull... no more uncontrolled WOT from a single frozen/rusty cable. 😎

I could do that but considering I am in Pakistan , original will cost a lot and from Ali express it would take too long, I think internal they might have opened by now, just wanted some extra cleaning so that the stuff looks nice at least, will check check nozzles but connecting them to the car one by one to see if they opened or not.

Okay so update: the vinegar yesterday didn't open them up, tried directly inserting harpic and left for a few minutes, nada, while apply water from the other inflow end, just a few bubbles and very tiny tiny amount would come out, went A step ahead and used acidic cleaner (33% HCL). First time no result, but them I added some in the nozzle(very tiny amounts from the outflow opening) and let it out in the sun for 5 to 10 mins. Again no result.still blocked now I've submerged in vinegar again and will leave in the sun for an hour.

Wow, 33% HCL ( hydrochloric acis ) is VERY strong. I use that on my pool to reduce pH once in a while if it hit 7.8+ PH, because the liquid chlorine I use is pH 11.
If HCL 33% doesnt work, that deposit is very bad-azz and is more than just calcium. Dang, this is not good news.
Don't breath in the HCL fume yah.

If you can access ultrasonic cleaner from optician or eye-wear shop and/or jewellers, 50/50 vinegar + ultrasonic and water is the last resort you can try.

yes, we literally call this cleaner acid locally, anywho, I ringed up my mechanic, told him of the situation, he'll either come around some day and picked the blocked ones, or I'll drop em st his workshop. I've given up on these.

Hard water contains calcium and magnesium, when mixed with HCL, makes hydrogen gas. NOT that's there's enough for that in this instance.

the calcium and manganese are mostly in the form of carbonates, which are almost insoluable.

the H-Cl releases the H, and the calcium carbonate becomes Calcium chloride, magnesium carbonate becomes magnesium chloride, both of which are soluable, and the carbonate part becomes carbon dioxide which bubbles away along with the hydrogen. some of the H and O becomes H2O (water). something similar happens with the sulfates.
