lets see, 17" wheels use /45 tires, 18" use /40, and 19's use /30 or /35... I don't think you can get a skinny enough tire on those to maintain the correct OD, noting too that E350's specify XL tires, and that restricts you to only some sizes.

do you drive this car on real world roads where the pavement isn't glassy smooth race track perfect?

oh, you're going to run the wheels without tires on them?

then they will probably fit ... of course, the ride might be kinda harsh.

how wide are these rims? stock is either 8x17 or 8.5x18, both ET48, so a ET45 rim will only be about 3mm "in"... of course, if these 20" wheels are 10" wide or something, you're gonna have big issues with scraping hard parts, but if they are 8", the wheels should fit.

european E500's seem to have an optional 20" wheel, front is 245/30R20 on 8.5x20 ET48, while rear is 275/25r20 on 9.5x10 ET48. 2.5 bar front, 2.7 bar rear air pressure.
(thats from https://www.wheel-size.com/size/mercedes/e-class/2012/, no idea how reliable that data is)

oh, do be sure those wheels are meant for M14 lug bolts, AND have a 66.6mm center hole. some Mercedes wheels use larger lugs and/or have a different centering hole. its CRITICAL these match or mounting the wheels would be unsafe.

ok, they will probably work, for some values of work, with 245/30R20 XL tires. they will ride like skate board wheels on a cobblestone road. 2.5 bar front pressure (37 PSI), 2.7 bar rear (40 PSI). US$300+ per decent tire, and lousy wear life. virtually all the tires I see in that size are summer-only, not suitable for wet weather at all. that tire and wheel size belongs on a Lamborghini, not a 6 cyl E class sedan.

example tire (US market) https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires...um=43YR0PS4SXL

W213 - E220d. W212 - E350 wagon
I tried fitting the 20 inch AMG wheels from my W213 onto my W212.
Fronts rubbed against suspension.
20x8 ET43 with 245x35R20.

You might be able to get away with 245x30R20 and ET 45 on the front - with the emphasis on might.

AlloyWheelsDirect list the Brabus version of the W212 having 20x9 ET40 fronts with 245x30R20 and 20x9.5 with 285x25R20. But I guess they would have rolled guards.

I took the 20inch AMG wheels off my W213 and installed 18 inch wheels. I didn't like the harsh ride over normal roads.

bingo. I really don't get this obsession with huge rims and tiny tires.
