That's great thank you,,I did some research,,,checked with my Indy mechanic,,,its a strong reliable engine,,,do you notice low oil level on the dipstick,,,have any secrets to get an accurate reading? 👍

These are not oil burners. Not sure why you are having trouble with reading the dipstick. If your oil is fresh use a strong flashlight to help. Pull it, reinsert and pull again

Thanks for the response Key,,,I have been told by my mechanic that this version does burn a bit of oil,,,nothing worry some,,,but periodically checking the level is a good idea...Is there a thru the dashboard information check that can be done like I've seen on other models? Seems like a nice trick,,we know these cars have many hidden tricks that are nice.👌🏅

Get the engine up to operating temperature and then turn off the engine. Allow the car to cool 5-10 min and then check the dip stick. Checking the engine cold will usually give a low reading.

Ok great great answers,,,helped alot,,ran it to Op temperatures,,waited 10 minutes and reading on the stick was just fine...oil is so clean I had to do the check 3 times.
I have to mention,,these engines do burn a bit of oil, it even states such in the manual,,under Engine Oil.. backs up what my mechanic told me a few yrs ago,,most likely from the turbos.
Not a big deal,,,but its worth knowing. 👌
