Can Kia outrun W212?
Not sure what model it was, but it had big red brambo brake calipers.
It was going neck to neck w/ my E350 in sports mode until we hit traffic.
Can't tell you how fast we were going (too busy watching traffic), but we'd both likely have our licenses revoked, had we been caught by cops.
Just interesting that the Kia's have come a long way...

The new stingers are nothing to mess with

The difference -- if it is to be believed -- is that a Mercedes is built to run at Autobahn speeds all day long. I'm guessing a KIA Stinger is not.
My Hyundai Sonata has never seen 110 mph, and I don't think it would like it for long.

Performance car can pass me 2nd time between 1st and 2nd fueling, but since he will have to make twice as many fueling stops as me, I will loose him in my rear mirror after 2nd fueling stop permanently.
E550 4Matic with a tune (540bhp/705 tourqe) should be 0-60 in 4 second car. Regardless tune or stock KIA or MB there are so many fast and quick cars now a days it is honestly not even worth caring lol. At the end of the day I would feel safe going 150+ in a MB vs the KIA. Both can move fast but only 1 is built for it.
Saw a 2017 AMG GLE63 w/ low milege for only $30K on Craigslist. (market rate is $60-70K)
It's a huge gas hog (14-16 MPG) which is why I didn't go for it.
Also I was wary that the deal was too good to be true...

But you will not know for sure till you call and arrange meeting. In old days, when CL was popular for "Nigerian scams" I loved to play with scammers who would send me MO on amount bigger than the price and then apologizing for the error - asking for refund on overpayment.
I had whole wall over my office desk pasted with fake MO.
But I also had good deals that were hard to believe on the first view.
Maybe not mechanically inclined owner got feed with MB dealer draining his equity and want to get rid of the car over few minor problems.
Followed shortly by a yellow gas light. Sighs....

Try it again on a real track, or twisted highway and see which one handles better. I would not be driving a KIA@110+MPH.
hope you have deep pockets because blowing the M272/M276 is going to cost you half of the brand new KIA.

The Kia should be around 3600 to 3800, the E350 should be 3800 to 4000. My E550 is 4200
And a longblock for a non turbo m276 goes for about 3000 with 40k miles.
