HELP PLEASE
I have a E220CDI on a 63 Plate. I took my car to a main dealer 16th February for them to find and correct the electronic problem.
My car was with the dealer for 2 weeks then it was released back to me.
As quickly as the invoices were made for me I did pay BOTH
I collected my car on Friday 3rd March.
By Saturday morning it was NOT starting normally, taking OVER 4 minutes of turning the ignition fob.
Ignition lights on dash, but NOTHING happens when the fob is moved into the engaged position
I have been back to the dealer this morning and have now been told they will try and get my car back in on Monday 13th.
I now have a video showing the starting problems still present just 3 days after being released from the dealer
Thanks for your time reading

The factory trained technician will have you back on the road in no time.
Hopefully they are familiar with the troubleshooting procedure for this regular fault. I used to get this about once a month al9ng with ghost pedestrian warning beeps. W212 fun, nothing out of the ordinary. 🤞

Options are yours: Amazing service or else...
Now it is all up to you to consider a different specialist where real service is quicker and often cheaper.
In the mean time there are steps you can take to get a chance at fixing your issue for free.
You'll need an OBDII scanner, a float charger and some time to browse what MBWorld forums can offer you: self-help!
