Buy E350 help

Help me please, I checked this car today E350 2014 with this VIN WDDHF5KB7EA983215 and attached report.
I drive it is ok and look very nice as dealer repair it and will sell it around 16K .
one thing confused me in the report is Mechanical and collision.
Why should be mechanical in this kind of collision and as I drove it very smooth and transmission shifts smoothly too, so what to check before buying.
Please advice.
Car image after repair.

I scheduled a mechanic check before buy for complete inspection and as the result I may decide.
Cause as I see 2014 model with 128kmile it is not too since I saw many cars less than 100 kmiles but the damage too heavy but what about the damage is not too much or what you suggest.

Regardless of brand, US cars with salvage titles that are not sellable to anyone in the US are basket cases. Shipping to Lebanon only adds costs for a car not worth buying, period.
For comparison... My 2016 E350 with 40,000 miles, perfect title and immaculate condition has a trade in value of $20,000. Your high-mileage E350 on a salvage title for sale at $16,000 is about $15,000 too high, if worth anything at all.
By the way, there is no such thing as an E350 AMG...
And that replacement grill just screams of front end damage repair.

As you said that the car with high mileage so when it to consider it is high at what range and what to check for high mileage car as I see less than 100k mile cars but there were around 18 to 22k $ and most of them salvage title too with hard damages as the body deformed and repaired so this it will be more safer since no airbag intact and replacement part was little.
I see another cars with mileage around 150k to 175k miles and clean title one of them is 2016 model but it was used as Taxi and prices 18700 $ so do you think is that better.
As my drive habit around 6k miles per year.

Not sure how to compare car prices between Lebanon vs USA/Europe. Those are very different economies with different levels of car prices. i have seen countries where a brand new car is $20K more than the same brand new car in the USA. Therefore, it is not an apples-to-apples comparison. I have also seen countries where cars have appreciated in value despite increased miles, i.e. cars sold for more than the initial price (measured in hard currency, $$$) despite being used for 4 years.
The main issue is the "salvage condition", and what the car went through. As said earlier, a basket case is in progress.

that is a picture, so you know when you see it. The technical specs are:

And yeah, I wouldn't buy a salvage title in the US, in other countries I guess all bets are off. There's two extended warranties that wouldn't apply to salvage cars. First is the faded wood which this car has, but it only covers a percentage of the cost so that's not that big a deal and there's the rusted subframe issue but I'm guessing that Lebanon doesn't get much snow and road salt isn't an issue so no big deal if those two aren't honored and you'd have to be in the US anyways to take advantage of those, they may or may not be covered in other countries.

I won't download the pdf report long enough to read it myself, as no one could pay me enough to buy this car.

There is someone in the w204 section who bought his at auction with little damage, imported it to Lebanon and got it fixed there. Perfectly reasonable, but of course price has to make sense.
I would take it as you can see that they replaced the front frame, fender and repair and did a good job, even upgrading the front grill.

The kicker is "insurance write off". That is if the repair cost is too high compared with the car's (or motorcycle's) book value. Quite often - especially with motorcycles - the need to replace a lot of plastic body panels and associated paint work will cost so much the write off become the routine resolution.
Those before pictures don't look so bad. Replacing the Auxillary battery will surely clear some of the faults. If I were in your situation I would buy it. If I were still in Canada I would not buy a car with a Salvage title because it is essentially worthless at resale time.
